Presse-Freiheit: Online-Zeitung SCHARF LINKS bittet um Solidarität

Düsseldorf / Köln (and). 22. November 2009. Nach dem die Online-Zeitung SCHARF LINKS einen Strafbefehl ohne Gerichts-Verhandlung über 12.000 Euro erhalten hat, bittet die Online-Zeitung SCHARF LINKS dringend um Solidarität und Unterstützung.

Der Online-Zeitung wird mit einer Verleumdungs-Klage im Zusammenhang mit einer Prozess-Bericht-Erstattung gedroht.

Die Redaktion der Online-Zeitung SCHARF LINKS teilte mit, dass der Präsident des Oberlandesgerichts Düsseldorf eine Verleumdungsklage gegen ‚scharf-links’- Herausgeberin Edith Bartelmus-Scholich eingereicht hat.

Hintergrund ist, dass ‚scharf-links’ regelmäßig die Berichte der Roten Hilfe Düsseldorf-Mönchengladbach zum Prozess gegen Faruk Ereren veröffentlicht hat. In einem dieser Berichte beanstandet das OLG EINEN SATZ in dem nach Darstellung des Gerichtes eine Tatsache von den Prozessbeobachtern falsch dargestellt sei.
